Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that a product is returned solely due to a change of mind, the customer shall bear full responsibility for all return shipping costs. The Company is under no obligation to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse any shipping fees incurred in connection with such returns, and all associated shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

Returns arising from customer error—including, but not limited to, selecting an incorrect size—shall likewise be treated as change-of-mind returns, and the customer shall remain liable for all related return shipping costs.

However, where an item is returned due to having arrived damaged or faulty, the Company will assume responsibility for all reasonable return shipping costs, provided that the issue is reported and the return is initiated in accordance with our returns procedure.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


Due to the limited-batch nature of our jewellery and made-to-order sizing, we are unable to offer size exchanges on rings.

We strongly encourage customers to confirm their correct ring size before placing an order. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing and we’ll be happy to help guide you.

If your ring does not fit, you may request a return for a refund within our cooling-off period, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

Once the ring has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in line with our Returns Policy.

Because we do not carry ongoing stock in all sizes, we cannot guarantee availability of alternative sizes after purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
